The Tree Board meets bi-monthly (as needed) at noon at the Parks and Recreation office, 2276 West Street. The Tree Board does not meet in June or July.
Members
The Tree Board consists of seven members and includes at-large member Chairman Michael Shelton, at-large member Sarah Barton, At-large member Jessica Seidner, Parks & Recreation Commission Liaison Kevin Young, Neighborhood Preservation Commission Liaison Gerald Wilson, Design Review Commission Liaison Paul Bruns, Beautification Commission Liaison Albert Pope, Planning Commission Liaison Jennifer Sission as well as Alderman Scott Sanders, Assistant Parks and Recreation Director Caleb Marcum, Planning Staff Liaison Sarah Goralewski and Staff Support Teresa Martin.

PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Germantown will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 25, 2024, at 6:00 p.m., to discuss Ordinance 2024-14 – An Ordinance amending Chapter 23, Article II, Division 4, Section 89 of the Municipal Code, Businesses in Residential Zoning Districts.

The Board of Mayor and Aldermen welcomes comments from citizens and offers the agenda item known as Citizens to be Heard at each meeting. To participate, please complete the form provided outside of the Council Chambers and present this form to the City Clerk prior to the meeting.
