Meetings

The Tree Board meets bi-monthly (as needed) at noon at the Parks and Recreation office, 2276 West Street. The Tree Board does not meet in June or July.

Members

The Tree Board consists of seven members and includes at-large member Chairman Michael Shelton, at-large member Sarah Barton, At-large member Jessica Seidner, Parks & Recreation Commission Liaison Kevin Young, Neighborhood Preservation Commission Liaison Gerald Wilson, Design Review Commission Liaison Paul Bruns, Beautification Commission Liaison Albert Pope, Planning Commission Liaison Jennifer Sission as well as Alderman Scott Sanders, Assistant Parks and Recreation Director Caleb Marcum, Planning Staff Liaison Sarah Goralewski and Staff Support Teresa Martin.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
May 8, 2023
The City of Germantown is in receipt of a request from The Grand Krewe of Luxor for a temporary beer permit to sell beer for on-premise consumption at their Carnival Charities Fundraiser to be held on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, from 5:30 pm until 11 pm at the Great Hall & Conference Center, located at 1900 S. Germantown Road.

This request will be considered by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen, sitting as a Beer Board, at a Board of Mayor and Aldermen Meeting on Monday, May 8, 2023, at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall.

Anyone for or against this beer permit request is invited to attend.
