PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The City of Germantown is in receipt of a request from Thornwood Lot 5, LLC to sell beer for on-premise consumption at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Memphis Germantown, located at 7800 Neshoba Road. This request will be considered by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen, sitting as a Beer Board, at a Board of Mayor and Aldermen Meeting on Monday, July 8, 2024, at 6 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall. Anyone for or against this beer permit request is invited to attend.
PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Germantown will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 8, 2024, at 6:00 p.m., to discuss Ordinance 2024-10 – An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 14, Sections 14-1 and 14-34, of the Municipal Code (Sign Ordinance) – Parking Lot Signage.
