PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The City of Germantown is in receipt of a request from Madonna Learning Center for a temporary permit to sell beer for on-premise consumption on April 16, 2024, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., at the Great Hall & Conference Center, located at 1900 S. Germantown Road. This request will be considered by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen, sitting as a Beer Board, at a Board of Mayor and Aldermen Meeting on Monday, April 8, 2024, at 6 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall. Anyone for or against this beer permit request is invited to attend.

The City of Germantown is in receipt of a request from the Memphis Oral School for the Deaf for a temporary permit to sell beer for on-premise consumption on April 27, 2024, from 6 p.m. to 12 midnight., at the Great Hall & Conference Center, located at 1900 S. Germantown Road. This request will be considered by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen, sitting as a Beer Board, at a Board of Mayor and Aldermen Meeting on Monday, April 8, 2024, at 6 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall. Anyone for or against this beer permit request is invited to attend.
The Board of Mayor and Aldermen welcomes comments from citizens and offers the agenda item known as Citizens to be Heard at each meeting. To participate, please complete the form provided outside of the Council Chambers and present this form to the City Clerk prior to the meeting.
