Learn how to pair the alternative healing modality of Reiki with powerful meditations and visualization to keep you warm during these cold months!

This workshop is uniquely designed to provide attendees with easy to implement tools to alleviate stress, anxiety, and panic attacks while feeding the soul with authentic connections to chase away the "winter blues." Simply come in with an open mind and leave with a full heart. Ages 18+. Pre-registration is required and begins October 25.
