Meetings

The Tree Board meets bi-monthly (as needed) at noon at the Parks and Recreation office, 2276 West Street. The Tree Board does not meet in June or July.

Members

The Tree Board consists of seven members and includes at-large member Chairman Michael Shelton, at-large member Sarah Barton, At-large member Jessica Seidner, Parks & Recreation Commission Liaison Kevin Young, Neighborhood Preservation Commission Liaison Gerald Wilson, Design Review Commission Liaison Paul Bruns, Beautification Commission Liaison Albert Pope, Planning Commission Liaison Jennifer Sission as well as Alderman Scott Sanders, Assistant Parks and Recreation Director Caleb Marcum, Planning Staff Liaison Sarah Goralewski and Staff Support Teresa Martin.

Fee: $7 per person

A fun activity for the family! Come make pinecone suet bird feeders to put out for the winter and watch as different birds come to snack on this sustainable treat. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Resources are limited and registration is required. To register, visit Germantown-TN.gov/Registration. *Caution: there will be peanuts involved as this activity uses peanut butter.
