Meetings

The Tree Board meets bi-monthly (as needed) at noon at the Parks and Recreation office, 2276 West Street. The Tree Board does not meet in June or July.

Members

The Tree Board consists of seven members and includes at-large member Chairman Michael Shelton, at-large member Sarah Barton, At-large member Jessica Seidner, Parks & Recreation Commission Liaison Kevin Young, Neighborhood Preservation Commission Liaison Gerald Wilson, Design Review Commission Liaison Paul Bruns, Beautification Commission Liaison Albert Pope, Planning Commission Liaison Jennifer Sission as well as Alderman Scott Sanders, Assistant Parks and Recreation Director Caleb Marcum, Planning Staff Liaison Sarah Goralewski and Staff Support Teresa Martin.

Meet Local Author Stewart Blackwell

The Germantown Community Library invites you to meet local author and decorated combat veteran ST Blackwell as he discusses his new book “Savages: Infantry Culture in the Global War on Terror.” Opening remarks about his experience as a combat leader and the legacy of the Global War on Terror generation will be offered, followed by a Q & A, and book signing with pictures taken with the author. Books can be found on Amazon or through the author at sblackwell0412@gmail.com. No sales will be made on site. Pre-registration is required.
