The Tree Board meets bi-monthly (as needed) at noon at the Parks and Recreation office, 2276 West Street. The Tree Board does not meet in June or July.
Members
The Tree Board consists of seven members and includes at-large member Chairman Michael Shelton, at-large member Sarah Barton, At-large member Jessica Seidner, Parks & Recreation Commission Liaison Kevin Young, Neighborhood Preservation Commission Liaison Gerald Wilson, Design Review Commission Liaison Paul Bruns, Beautification Commission Liaison Albert Pope, Planning Commission Liaison Jennifer Sission as well as Alderman Scott Sanders, Assistant Parks and Recreation Director Caleb Marcum, Planning Staff Liaison Sarah Goralewski and Staff Support Teresa Martin.

Special Called Meeting
The Board of Mayor and Aldermen will meet in a special called meeting on Thursday, March 21, 2024, at 5 p.m., in the Economic and Community Development Building - Klein Conference Room, located at 1920 S. Germantown Road, to discuss Resolution 24R02 addressing whether or not to appeal the decision of Shelby County Chancery Court in the case of Trezevant Enterprises, Inc. v. City of Germantown.
Citizens to be Heard
The Board of Mayor and Aldermen welcomes comments from citizens and offers the agenda item known as Citizens to be Heard at each meeting. To participate, please complete the form provided in the conference room and present it to the City Clerk prior to the meeting.
This meeting is open to the public.
