Active Aging programs are for Germantown residents who are 50 years and older. 

If you are interested in meeting new people, socializing with old friends, participating in our weekly activities or taking a trip to interesting places, then the Germantown 50+ Group is for you! All activities take place at the Pickering Center, 7771 Poplar Pike, unless otherwise noted. Beasley Community Garden Kick-Off Meeting

Join us for the Beasley Community Garden kick-off meeting on Saturday, April 6 from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Bobby Lanier Farm Park. Returning members, experienced gardeners and newcomers are welcome to attend to learn more about being involved in the Community Garden. During the meeting, we will discuss gardening practices, what to plant, work hours and any general questions you may have about joining the garden. No pre-registration required to attend kick-off meeting. We hope to see you there!
