Meetings

The Tree Board meets bi-monthly (as needed) at noon at the Parks and Recreation office, 2276 West Street. The Tree Board does not meet in June or July.

Members

The Tree Board consists of seven members and includes at-large member Chairman Michael Shelton, at-large member Sarah Barton, At-large member Jessica Seidner, Parks & Recreation Commission Liaison Kevin Young, Neighborhood Preservation Commission Liaison Gerald Wilson, Design Review Commission Liaison Paul Bruns, Beautification Commission Liaison Albert Pope, Planning Commission Liaison Jennifer Sission as well as Alderman Scott Sanders, Assistant Parks and Recreation Director Caleb Marcum, Planning Staff Liaison Sarah Goralewski and Staff Support Teresa Martin.

Come out to the adoption event at the Germantown Animal Shelter on Saturday, July 27, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will take place rain or shine. All the dogs and kittens that are available will be up for adoption that day, and they will all looking forward to seeing new faces and potential adopters! If you come out that day and adopt, you will be presented with a $40 gift card to Hollywood Feed, Petco, or Tractor Supply to help cover your first bag of food, some toys, and treats. In addition, there will be giveaways from Hollywood Feed, and drawings for pet-centric items like food dishes, cat carriers, toys, treats, and gift baskets from Dogtopia and Three Dog Bakery!
