Meetings

The Tree Board meets bi-monthly (as needed) at noon at the Parks and Recreation office, 2276 West Street. The Tree Board does not meet in June or July.

Members

The Tree Board consists of seven members and includes at-large member Chairman Michael Shelton, at-large member Sarah Barton, At-large member Jessica Seidner, Parks & Recreation Commission Liaison Kevin Young, Neighborhood Preservation Commission Liaison Gerald Wilson, Design Review Commission Liaison Paul Bruns, Beautification Commission Liaison Albert Pope, Planning Commission Liaison Jennifer Sission as well as Alderman Scott Sanders, Assistant Parks and Recreation Director Caleb Marcum, Planning Staff Liaison Sarah Goralewski and Staff Support Teresa Martin.

Savvy Shopping to Save on Your Waistline and Your Wallet

During this session, key takeaways will be discussed and demonstrated to help you make choices at the grocery store to successfully manage your health, your weight, and your budget. Beth Warren Wickliffe is a Registered, Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist and the Dietitian for Methodist Le Bonheur Cardiac Rehab. She is also a speaker, consultant, author and CDC Lifestyle Coach, whose clients include: Cities of Germantown and Memphis and Cigna Healthcare: Shelby County Schools, MATA and MLGW.
