Meetings

The Tree Board meets bi-monthly (as needed) at noon at the Parks and Recreation office, 2276 West Street. The Tree Board does not meet in June or July.

Members

The Tree Board consists of seven members and includes at-large member Chairman Michael Shelton, at-large member Sarah Barton, At-large member Jessica Seidner, Parks & Recreation Commission Liaison Kevin Young, Neighborhood Preservation Commission Liaison Gerald Wilson, Design Review Commission Liaison Paul Bruns, Beautification Commission Liaison Albert Pope, Planning Commission Liaison Jennifer Sission as well as Alderman Scott Sanders, Assistant Parks and Recreation Director Caleb Marcum, Planning Staff Liaison Sarah Goralewski and Staff Support Teresa Martin.

On My Own Life Simulation

Ages: 11 to 17 years old

The 4H club presents On My Own, a financial simulation for teens. This program is just like the game of Life if you have to deal with a lot of inflation and bills. Come get a taste of what it is to be an adult! Registration is required and begins September 30. For more information or to register, call (901) 757-7323 or visit the youth services desk.
