Active Aging programs are for Germantown residents who are 50 years and older. 

If you are interested in meeting new people, socializing with old friends, participating in our weekly activities or taking a trip to interesting places, then the Germantown 50+ Group is for you! All activities take place at the Pickering Center, 7771 Poplar Pike, unless otherwise noted. 50+ Group: Creative Writing Workshop

Thursdays, September 19, 26 and October 3 

Facilitator: Author Jackie Ross Flaum

Come and be inspired to write with Malice in Memphis president Jackie Ross Flaum and her colleagues. Jackie, a former newspaper reporter, now writes historical suspense short stories, novellas and novels since her retirement. She is the author of  Justice Tomorrow and The Yellow Fever Revenge.
