Meetings

The Tree Board meets bi-monthly (as needed) at noon at the Parks and Recreation office, 2276 West Street. The Tree Board does not meet in June or July.

Members

The Tree Board consists of seven members and includes at-large member Chairman Michael Shelton, at-large member Sarah Barton, At-large member Jessica Seidner, Parks & Recreation Commission Liaison Kevin Young, Neighborhood Preservation Commission Liaison Gerald Wilson, Design Review Commission Liaison Paul Bruns, Beautification Commission Liaison Albert Pope, Planning Commission Liaison Jennifer Sission as well as Alderman Scott Sanders, Assistant Parks and Recreation Director Caleb Marcum, Planning Staff Liaison Sarah Goralewski and Staff Support Teresa Martin.

PUBLIC HEARING

Temporary Beer Permit

The City of Germantown is in receipt of a request for a temporary permit to sell beer for on-premise consumption from Mr. Steve Bernhardt, Chairman of Leadership Germantown for the Trivia Night event to be held at the Pickering Center at 7771 Poplar Pike on April 16, 2011. The event is a fundraiser for the 501(c)3 organization.

The request will be considered by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen, sitting as a Beer Board, at the regular meeting of the Board of Mayor and Aldermen Meeting. Anyone wishing to speak for or against this request is invited to attend this meeting.
