Public Hearing - Stormwater Management Fee  The Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Germantown will consider an ordinance establishing a stormwater management fee. The second meeting date, Monday, January 25, 2010, there will be a public hearing on this ordinance.

- The first meeting was held on Monday, November 9, 2009 at 7:00 p.m., in the Germantown Municipal Center Council Chambers.
- The second meeting shall be a public hearing on Monday, January 25, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. in the Germantown Municipal Center Council Chambers.
- The third meeting shall be on Monday, February 8, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. in the Germantown Municipal Center Council Chambers.

Any interested persons are invited to attend the above meetings at which time this item will be discussed. Copies of the proposed ordinance are available and may be obtained from the Administration Department in the Municipal Center, 757-7251. Download the official public hearing notice.

Public Hearing - Planned Unit Development  The Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Germantown will hold a public hearing on Monday, January 11, 2010, at 6:00 p.m., in the Germantown Municipal Center Council Chambers to discuss Qureshi & Malik Homes Planned Unit Development – West Side of Kimbrough at Beekman Place – Final Plan Approval. Any interested persons are invited to attend the meeting at which time this item will be discussed. Public Notice - Beer Board The City of Germantown is in receipt of a request for a permit to sell beer for off-premise consumption from the following: Walgreen Co, located at 9325 Poplar Ave; Walgreen Co, located at 7790 Wolf River Blvd.; Tao Too, located at 2072 West Street. These requests will be considered by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen, sitting as a Beer Board, at a Board of Mayor and Aldermen Meeting on Monday, January 11, 2010, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Center. Anyone wishing to speak for or against this request is invited to attend this meeting.
