WORK SESSION
The Board of Mayor and Aldermen will meet in a work session at 4:30 p.m. in the Administration Conference Room of the Municipal Building to discuss the Capital Improvements Plan (CIP).
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Germantown will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building to discuss the following proposed ordinance:
Ordinance 2010-1 Amendment to Chapter 7, Businesses, of the Germantown Code of Ordinances to allow Temporary, Outdoor Sales of Vegetable, Fruit, Produce and Baked Goods in the “T-5” Smart Growth District
Any interested persons are invited to attend the meeting at which time this item will be discussed. Copies of the proposed ordinance may be obtained from the Administration Department in the Municipal Center, 757-7251.
