The Tree Board meets bi-monthly (as needed) at noon at the Parks and Recreation office, 2276 West Street. The Tree Board does not meet in June or July.
Members
The Tree Board consists of seven members and includes at-large member Chairman Michael Shelton, at-large member Sarah Barton, At-large member Jessica Seidner, Parks & Recreation Commission Liaison Kevin Young, Neighborhood Preservation Commission Liaison Gerald Wilson, Design Review Commission Liaison Paul Bruns, Beautification Commission Liaison Albert Pope, Planning Commission Liaison Jennifer Sission as well as Alderman Scott Sanders, Assistant Parks and Recreation Director Caleb Marcum, Planning Staff Liaison Sarah Goralewski and Staff Support Teresa Martin.

PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Germantown will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 11, 2012, at 6:00 p.m., in the Germantown Municipal Center Council Chambers to discuss the following proposed Ordinances
2012-4 and 2012-5 - Amendments to Chapter 7 (Businesses) and Chapter 12 (Offences and Miscellaneous).
2012-6 – Year End Budget Adjustments
2012-7 - Real & Personalty Property Tax
2012-8 – 2013 Budget
