REACH offers healthy choices for expanding creativity, learning new skills and having fun with friends. Structured to be beneficial for students and convenient for parents, the program challenges students to REACH for something more.

Before and After School Care

The program combines educational assistance, recreation and enrichment activities offered on all full days of school adhering to the Germantown Municipal School District calendar. Types of Activities

A variety of activities, including academics, creative expression and recreation have been planned for your child’s time in the program. 

Online Registration

Registration is now open for the 2023-2024 school year at all four Germantown Municipal Schools. To register online, visit Germantown-TN.gov/Registration. Active help desk number 1(800)663-4991 x opt. 2.

Payment Guidelines

Fees must be made in advance of students attending the REACH program. Payments must be made online. If payments are more than 30 days past due, the child will be dismissed from the program.

Monthly enrollment - Must be received on or before the first of every month. Payments received the following business day will be assessed a 15% late fee.

Daily enrollment- To attend morning care, registration and payment must be made by 6 a.m. the day they plan to attend. To attend after care, registration and payment must be made by noon. the day they plan to attend.

Fee Structure

Monthly fees will be prorated for the months of October (Fall Break), November (Thanksgiving Break), December (Winter Break) and March (Spring Break).

Opting Out

 You may opt out of the REACH program at any time however no refunds will be given. Please write a letter to inform the REACH Manager indicating that your child will no longer attend.
