The City of Germantown and the Planning Commission encourage active participation and engagement with governing by making available public commenting for each item as part of the meeting agenda. In the subject line, please write the agenda item number and project name (eg. 5A - Forest Hill Grill). All emails submitted by the scheduled meeting date, no later than 12 pm, will be delivered to the Commission prior to the 6 pm Commission Meeting.
