Lisa Piefer, Director of ProcurementLisa Piefer, a valued member of the City of Germantown for over three decades, currently serves as deputy city administrator and is directly responsible for overseeing the Procurement and Risk, Information Technology, General Services and Human Resources Departments in addition to the Library, Great Hall and Germantown Athletic Club.

Starting her journey with the Germantown Centre in 1993, Lisa quickly rose through the ranks, showcasing her dedication and leadership. With a Bachelor's degree in education focusing on recreation and park administration, Lisa has accumulated a wealth of experience in various roles, including purchasing officer and procurement director.

Her numerous certifications, including Certified Parks and Recreation Professional, Certified Public Manager, and Six Sigma Green Belt, reflect her commitment to excellence. Lisa's institutional knowledge and unwavering dedication to 'The Germantown Way' make her a valuable asset to the City's internal support and community services.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Lisa is a cool aunt, a devoted dog mom to Annie, and a volunteer with Creative Aging Mid-south. Her interests include maintaining her historic Victorian home and spending leisure time at the lake. Lisa's enthusiasm and extensive experience make her an instrumental part of the City's continued success.
